Our team is looking to add a motivated Night Auditor to manage all aspects of front desk operations and serve as a key point of contact for our guests and vendors. To be successful, you will display professionalism and courtesy, possess outstanding communication skills, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities- Check‑in and check‑out hotel guests.
- Process all payments according to established hotel requirements.
- Provide information and assistance to all guests and vendors.
- Prepare all necessary reports during each shift for the management team.
- Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and a desire for achievement.
- Effective problem‑solving skills, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and resolving issues.
- Ability to identify and address potential security problems (e.g., locking doors after hours).
- Can work independently and remain calm under stress.
- Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent service.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. The number of hours scheduled per week is variable and is based on guest occupancy, season, staffing, and other factors.
