Hours:

11:00 pm – 7:00 am

• Process credit card transactions and other payments (restaurant, events, lounge) for the day.
• Handle phone system, transfer calls, and manage reservations.
• Perform housekeeping duties as needed.
• Verify, balance, and review hotel room availability.
• Execute check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Administer guest payment policies and identify errors from day shifts.
• Prepare folios for morning departing guests.
• Maintain overall lobby appearance and assist with AM breakfast setup if required.
• Be versed in all hotel emergency procedures and monitor for abnormal activity inside and outside the hotel, including potential weather threats to guests.
