Senior Salesforce Developer

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer/Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, along with expertise in Informatica and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services. The candidate should possess a Salesforce Architect certification and have a solid understanding of HIPAA compliance standards. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to design and implement robust Salesforce solutions.

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Implement data integration solutions using Informatica and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services to facilitate seamless data flow between systems.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations in all Salesforce implementations and data management practices.
• Provide architectural guidance and best practices for Salesforce development, including security, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce architecture, design, and implementation processes.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to leverage new capabilities effectively.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize project scope and deliverables.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer/Architect with a strong focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Expertise in Informatica and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services for data integration.
• Salesforce Architect certification is required.
• Comprehensive understanding of HIPAA compliance and its implications for Salesforce implementations.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
