We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Developer to support, enhance, and customize Microsoft Dynamics applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 (CRM) or Dynamics AX / Finance & Operations, along with solid integration, customization, and support skills in a large‑scale enterprise or government environment.

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics applications
• Configure and customize:
  • Entities / Tables
  • Forms, Views, Workflows
  • Business Rules and Plugins
• Develop custom solutions using:
  • Bild and support Dynamics 365 integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Develop and maintain Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and dashboards
  • Customize reports using SSRS, Power BI
• Support data migration, validation, and data integrity activities
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and deployments
• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and production issues
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and state IT standards
• Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures

• 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics development
• Strong experience with:
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) or Dynamics AX / Finance & Operations
  • Experience with Power Platform:
    • Power Apps
    • Power Automate
    • Power BI
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database concepts
  • Experience with SSRS reporting
  • Hands‑on experience with API integrations
  • Familiarity with Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions - preferred)
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in State or Government projects
• Microsoft Certifications
• Experience with Dev Ops / CI-CD pipelines
• Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops
• Experience supporting mission‑critical Tier 1 applications
