DTS is looking for a Senior MDM Manager for our direct client position in Lansing, MI.

• Strong hands‑on experience with IBM Info Sphere MDM v11.x, including MDM data models, entities, transactions, batch processing, configuration, customization, and troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of MDM concepts and IBM MDM product capabilities, with the ability to understand, maintain, and enhance an existing MDM implementation built by a third‑party vendor
• 8+ years of software development experience supporting enterprise‑scale systems
• 8+ years of Java / J2EE experience, including Java, JSP, and REST/SOAP‑based services, with strong production troubleshooting skills
• 5+ years of experience working with Linux/Unix operating systems, including command‑line usage, log analysis, and system‑level troubleshooting

• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for Master Person Index (MPI), Michigan Index Data Stewardship Portal, and Symmetry applications within the Date Warehouse / MPI program area.
• Support and improve MDHHS automated processes, streamline critical business processes, ensure data integrity, SEM/SUITE compliance, and secure applications.
• Serve as a lead participant in enhancements, integrations, maintenance, and implementations of projects.
• Provide application oversight to business analysts and other teams integrating with Master Person Index.
• Write high‑level functional requirement documents.
• Develop scripts in Power Shell; work on Linux operating systems; use Git and Git Hub repositories.
• Collaborate closely with Database Administrators to develop and execute SQL scripts; create monthly reports for MDM applications.
• Work with clients on task and ticket resolutions in MPI and MIDSP.
• Create and deploy certificates on Windows and Linux systems; maintain servers and infrastructure with Server and Network teams.
• Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC), gather requirements, and write functional/technical specifications for complex projects.
• Develop prototypes, mockups, flowcharts, and screen layouts to ensure logical flow of system requirements.
• Assist with Enterprise Architecture Solution Assessment (EASA), Hosting documentation, and Firewall Rules.
• Design, develop, and implement test plans and test reports for applications and subsystems.
• Collect test data, execute approved tests, determine program logic accuracy, and support UAT testing.
• Manage defect and incident tracking information; assist with implementation of Request for Change (RFC) for applications and infrastructure.
• Maintain and update system documentation following system upgrades.
• Monitor applications in production and non‑production environments; provide application support for business client applications maintained by DTMB.

• Experience working with application servers such as Wild Fly, including application deployments, startup, configuration, health checks, and runtime issue resolution
