D365 Cloud Architect

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Cloud Architect to support the design, configuration, customization, and ongoing optimization of a complex enterprise ERP environment. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, functional leads, and development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing D365 solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate brings strong functional depth across finance and supply chain modules, a solid technical foundation, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system architecture and implementation strategies.

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
• Design, configure, and customize D365 F&O modules to support evolving business processes
• Provide architectural guidance and hands‑on support to development teams, helping resolve complex technical issues efficiently
• Troubleshoot and resolve system integration challenges to ensure reliable connectivity across platforms
• Drive continuous optimization and enhancement of D365 F&O capabilities
• Ensure adherence to D365 best practices, standards, and governance models
• Execute system testing and troubleshooting, including regression testing during platform upgrades
• Support change management through user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer
• Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, customizations, and architectural decisions

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Strong functional experience across Finance and Supply Chain modules, including:
  • Accounts Payable / Receivable
  • General Ledger
  • Credit & Collections
  • Trade Agreements
  • Cost Management
  • Inventory Management
  • Product Information Management
  • Sales & Marketing
  • Master Planning
• Proficiency with X++, Power Platform, Power Automate, and Lifecycle Services (LCS)
• Experience with integrations using APIs, OData, and middleware platforms
• Strong background in business process analysis and solution design
• Working knowledge of SQL, batch processing, DMF, extensions, and data migration strategies
• Experience with Data Lake integrations and enterprise middleware solutions
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills

• Experience supporting highly regulated environments or controlled‑industry ERP implementations
• Exposure to multi‑entity, compliance‑driven D365 deployments

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification(s) preferred (please list on resume)
