We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Cloud Architect to support the design, configuration, customization, integration, and ongoing optimization of D365 F&O modules. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and development teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with business goals.

Note: The hiring manager is NOT looking for Microsoft 365 CRM experience.

• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
• Design, configure, and customize D365 F&O modules based on business needs
• Provide architectural guidance and technical support to developers
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and integration issues
• Optimize and enhance D365 F&O functionality and performance
• Ensure adherence to D365 F&O best practices and standards
• Perform system testing, including regression testing during upgrades
• Support data migration and integrations
• Provide end-user training and documentation
• Maintain detailed documentation for configurations and customizations

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, including:
• Finance & Supply Chain modules (AP, AR, Credit & Collections, Trade Agreements, Cost Management, GL, Inventory, PIM, Sales & Marketing, Master Planning)

Strong proficiency in:

• X++
• Power Platform
• Power Automate
• Lifecycle Services (LCS)
• Hands-on experience with:
• System integrations (APIs, OData, middleware)
• Data Management Framework (DMF)
• Extensions
• Batch processing
• SQL
• Data Lake integrations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Experience working on MLCC (Michigan Liquor Control Commission) or other state Liquor Control projects

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (please list on resume)
