Senior System Analyst

Overview:

Selected candidate must understand business objectives and problems, identify alternative solutions, perform studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives. Will also analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer system.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing business processes, evaluate IT systems, identify issues, and gather user requirements to recommend improvements that meet current and future business needs.
• Document business and technical requirements, system specifications, and recommended solutions for system development or modifications.
• Develop and revise technical documentation, standards, procedures, process diagrams, flowcharts, reports, and user guides.
• Coordinate and support system design, development, testing, implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Provide technical support for applications, hardware, and information systems while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Recommend improvements to IT processes, system security, application interfaces, and overall system performance.
• Knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, operating systems, programming languages, coding, automated mapping, and non-automated system design, including their capabilities and limitations; ability to communicate effectively and train others.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience with complex concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT industry. Relies on advanced experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Works independently and cooperatively with management and stakeholders.
• 14+ years of experience in the field.
• 5+ years of Azure Dev Ops Proficiency
• Bachelor’s Degree.
