Resolve network and connectivity issues, assist with escalated Helpdesk requests, and document work through the ticketing system.

Assist with Active Directory administration and related infrastructure support.

Evaluate network performance, architecture, and configurations; recommend improvements that support evolving business needs and industry standards.

Test, recommend, and implement hardware, software, and IT processes.

Support disaster recovery planning by assessing network risks, maintaining protective measures and backup power systems, and reviewing network recovery plans annually.

Serve as a technical resource on organization-wide projects, working closely with the Project Management Office, System Administrators, and other IT team members.

Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and technology partners to complete projects on time and keep stakeholders informed.

Maintain technology asset inventories and plan for equipment reaching end of service or end of life.

Prepare technical documentation, proposals, and reports supporting audits and penetration testing.

Share knowledge with IT staff and continue developing technical skills through training and certifications.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Clear verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information and present recommendations.

Strong relationship-building skills and experience collaborating with vendors, consultants, and internal partners.

Experience developing technical plans and preparing audit and penetration test reports.
