Job Description:
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Service Now Platform Solutions Architect to support the design, governance, and strategic direction of our Service Now platform and its foundational services.
Key Responsibilities
• Architect Service Now platform solutions aligned with DTMB strategic goals.
• Lead technical solution design, platform governance, and best practices.
• Design and support integrations with enterprise applications and services.
• Provide technical support to developers, system administrators, and project teams.
• Support platform upgrades, performance optimization, and roadmap planning.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of Service Now platform experience.
• 5+ years of experience architecting and implementing enterprise Service Now solutions.
• Must have experience with Service Now ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, CSDM, integrations, APIs, and workflow automation.
