Job Summary We are seeking a strong Project Manager based in North America to drive the successful delivery of a Workforce Timekeeping Program. The role will oversee the integrated project plan, milestones and dependencies, coordinating Deloitte, responsible for business requirements, and Accenture, responsible for technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the integrated project plan, milestone tracking and delivery governance.
• Hold both vendors accountable for agreed deliverables, timelines and quality.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation, with clear handoffs and acceptance criteria.
• Proactively resolve risks, issues and cross-vendor dependencies; escalate decisions promptly.
• Coordinate business and IT stakeholders through testing, deployment and go-live readiness.
• Provide concise leadership updates on progress, risks and corrective actions.
