Primarily responsible for performance of dock operations, but completes tasks assigned in all areasof store and warehouse not covered by cashiers, production, or repair personnel

• Inspectdonationstoensurecompliancewithstore policies
• Assistcustomerswithunloadingdonationsorloadingpurchasesintotheir vehicles

• Shovel snow,removeiceandsaltaffectedareasduringwinter months

• MaintaincompliancewithVOAMichiganpoliciesand procedures
• EnsurethatalldutiesarecarriedoutinatimelyandorderlyfashionsothatVOAMichigan functions in the most efficient manner possible
• Otherdutiesas assigned

• Abilitytoloadandunloadtrucksandmovecumbersome, heavy,orfragileitemssafelyand effectively
• Abilitytousecarts,liftgatesandotherequipmenttosafelyunload trucks
• Abilitytobecomeknowledgeableofstoredonationpoliciesand procedures
• Useandmaintainradio/telephone and/orothercompany equipment
