Overview
KMG Prestige is seeking a Community Manager in East Lansing, MI at Edgewood Village who is goal-oriented, enjoys new challenges, and has a passion for property management. The ideal candidate will strive to create happy residents through providing superior customer service and maintaining a positive attitude. Community Managers are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the apartment community, handling resident concerns, rent collection, marketing the community, and leading the site staff.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of the apartment community.
- Handle resident concerns.
- Manage rent collection.
- Market the community.
- Lead the site staff.
- Property management experience (must have Section 8 & HUD experience)
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Budgeting experience
- Customer service mindset
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company)
