Salary Range: $77,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and manage EHS programs and policies to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Conduct regular EHS inspections and audits of the manufacturing facility to identify hazards and non-compliance issues.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions for all EHS incidents.
- Provide comprehensive EHS training to all employees, including new hires, on safety procedures, hazard communication, and emergency response.
- Implement risk assessment processes to identify, evaluate, and control EHS risks associated with manufacturing operations.
- Manage hazardous waste disposal, air emissions, and wastewater discharge in accordance with environmental permits and regulations.
- Maintain accurate EHS records, prepare regulatory reports, and manage all necessary EHS permits and licenses.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of progressive EHS experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Demonstrated expertise in federal, state, and local EHS regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA) and their practical application.
- Professional certification such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional), CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist), or CHMM (Certified Hazardous Materials Manager).
- Proven experience developing, implementing, and managing EHS management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Experience with ISO 14001 and/or ISO 4501 management systems.
- Demonstrated experience integrating EHS initiatives with Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement programs.
- Proficiency with EHS management software platforms (e.g., Gensuite, Enablon).
- Experience managing Workers' Compensation claims and return-to-work programs.
