Program / Project Manager, Operations Manager, Business Management
Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Project Services Manager to join our high‑impact leadership role within the Buildings Division. The role provides focused leadership by managing, mentoring and overseeing Project Services staff while ensuring consistency and efficiency across the region.
Responsibilities- Analyze current methods of support services, recommend methods to streamline and improve workflow.
- Coordinate staff and internal resources to ensure project deadlines are met.
- QA/QC of all incoming and outgoing project documentation and provide training on company standards.
- Prepare, manage and track project‑related documents such as agreements, correspondence, deliverables, insurance, submittal logs, purchase orders, RFI logs, site visit schedules, work orders etc.; follow up with internal team members on open or overdue items.
- Manage project progress and adapt work as required.
- Prepare, submit, track and act upon budget authorization requests within client(s) project management system(s) as directed.
- Manage internal and external client project databases.
- Periodic review and record maintenance of project files, including both electronic and hard copies; this may include scanning, mailing and filing documents.
- Serve as the primary contact between project manager and various outside parties to ensure timely responses, responding on behalf of the project manager as appropriate.
- Effectively communicate and coordinate with internal team members, outside parties and client(s) to advance projects.
- Solve complex problems that involve multiple factors and sources of information.
- Prepare and review memos, reports and other project documents as directed.
- Attend project‑related meetings or participate in conference calls as needed or requested.
- Provide training to staff on the company’s services, operations and organizational structure.
- Advanced understanding of project/program process, roles and responsibilities, terminology and use of relevant technical platforms.
- Additional tasks as required.
- Associate degree from an accredited institution or equivalent in education and experience.
- 8+ years of related experience.
- Notary public preferred.
- Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job‑related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.

Lansing, MI – Salary: $60,000 - $115,000
