** General Expectations**:

Lead the assigned set crew team with the goal of adding value to the Clayton product line and an execution of World Class customer experience. The Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day management and overall performance of the crew they lead.#
** Duties / Responsibilities**:1.
Create a World Class Customer experience for the homeowner.
2.
Interact with Clayton accounts and Team Members to not only promote installation services but to also foster an environment of cooperation and elevation of the installation community standard of excellence and service.
3.
Serve as the safety leader for the crew.
4.
Manage and coordinate the logistics, materials, and weekly operations for assigned team.
5.
Constantly communicate the opportunities of the crew in a timely manner with possible solution for improvement.
6.
Manage and maintain all tools and equipment assigned to the crew.
7.
Hold fellow team members accountable for pace and skill development.
8.
Hold fellow team members accountable for their behavior and actions.
9.
Lead by example.

Extensive construction experience

Ability to manage crew travel expenses.
** Travel Requirements:
*** 50% Travel. Will be traveling throughout Michigan. Occasionally throughout the Midwest depending on backlog
* Will be staying overnight during weeks of travel.
