Regional Manager, Field Service
As a Regional Manager, you will lead a team of Field Service Technicians responsible for supporting and maintaining our Neptune, Dockers, and SCOPIS technologies. You’ll focus on maximizing equipment uptime, developing your team, and delivering a seamless, high-quality experience for our customers.
You’ll partner closely with Sales, Pro Care, and service partners while using data and operational insights to improve performance and support a growing business.
What You Will Do:
- Lead and develop a regional team of Field Service Technicians, with a strong focus on coaching, performance, and professional growth
- Manage key service and performance metrics across the internal team and authorized service providers
- Use data and analytics to identify trends, drive business insights, and support informed decision-making
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and simplify the customer and employee experience
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Pro Care, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Support vendor and authorized service provider relationships across the region
- Balance strategic and operational priorities, with approximately 80% of time focused on office-based work and projects and 15–20% supporting field activities

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience working with SAP, Salesforce, Service Max
, or comparable ERP, CRM, or field service management systems - Experience using data, metrics, and reporting to evaluate performance and support business decisions
- Strong communication and cross-functional partnership skills
Preferred:
- 2+ years of people leadership experience
- Vendor or third-party service provider management experience
