This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Operator Tech based in Lansing, MI. The Operator Tech will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery, adhering to safety protocols, performing quality checks, maintaining production equipment, and ensuring the efficient operation of production processes. Additional responsibilities may include troubleshooting issues, completing necessary documentation, and collaborating with team members to meet production targets.

• Proficiency in operating and monitoring production machinery
• Ability to conduct basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with safety protocols and quality standards in a manufacturing environment
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, standing, and moving within a production facility
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are beneficial
• Experience in battery manufacturing or related fields is a plus
