Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift)

Magna International is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our 3rd shift team. This role provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that supports innovative automotive technology development and offers a wide range of growth prospects.

• Diagnose, repair, and replace all components of Dex Sys equipment, including electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, piping, pumps, and pneumatics in the Molding, Paint, and Assembly departments.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on all equipment, repairing and replacing parts as necessary.
• Use hand tools to carry out repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Read parts breakdowns and machine schematics to guide maintenance activities.
• Fabricate equipment components when required.

• Knowledge of machine fabrication, welding, troubleshooting, and electrical/mechanical repairs.
• Associate’s Degree in a technical field preferred; relevant work experience may substitute for the degree. Current schooling toward a degree will be considered.
• Previous automotive manufacturing experience preferred.

Manufacturing: 2 years (required). Education in a related field accepted in lieu of experience.

Sunday night to Thursday night – Night Shift (3rd shift). Weekends as needed.

In person, at Magna Exteriors facility.
