Maintenance Repair Operator - 1st Shift

Mold Masters is looking for a Repair Operator to join our team at our facility in Madison Heights, MI. The Repair Operations group is responsible for maintenance, modification, disassembly, repair, reassembly, test calibration, diagnosis, and correction of problems.

A Maintenance Repair Operator II is responsible for performing complete operation checkout, modification, disassembly, repair, reassembly, test calibration, diagnosis, and correction of problems.

• Follows repair and return processes to ensure high quality and short cycle time of repair and return.
• Sets up necessary repair and test facilities.
• Job duties are primarily straightforward, repetitive, and manual activities; may collaborate on more complicated tasks.
• Works within established standards, procedures, and guidelines.

• 3+ years of maintenance background experience including mechanical, electrical, schematics, and blueprints.
• Requires skills developed through formal training or work experience.
• Must be able to follow instructions.
• Have good organization skills and maintain safety standards.
• Valid driver's license for local travel only.

• Tool/mold making experience.
• Machining.
• Disassembly and reassembly of hot runner equipment.
