Salary Range: $50,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Perform calibration and verification of measurement tools and equipment.
- Conduct precise dimensional inspections of manufactured parts and assemblies.
- Operate and program Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) and other advanced metrology systems.
- Analyze measurement data and generate detailed inspection reports.
- Maintain accurate records of calibration, measurement results, and equipment history.
- Troubleshoot and resolve measurement discrepancies or equipment issues.
- Ensure all metrology activities comply with quality standards and specifications.
- Associate's degree in Metrology, Quality, Machining, or a related technical field.
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality or metrology role.
- Proficient in operating and programming Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs).
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints, including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Skilled in using a variety of manual measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, bore gages).
- Understanding of metrology principles, calibration standards, and measurement uncertainty.
- ASQ Certified Calibration Technician (CCT) or equivalent certification.
- Proficiency in programming CMMs or vision systems using software such as PC-DMIS, Calypso, or Poly Works.
- Experience with Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and Statistical Process Control (SPC) principles.
- Advanced understanding and application of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) for complex parts.
