Job Title: CNC Machinist / CNC Programmer

Location: Candidates should be based within ~5 miles of:
Eaton County, MI or Lansing, MI or Ingham County, MI or Clinton County, MI

Experience: 1–5 years

Job Description: We are looking for a CNC Machinist with strong machine setup and programming experience. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience operating CNC equipment, interpreting blueprints, and producing precision components.

• Computer Numerical Control Programmer

• Set up, program, and operate CNC machines
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Produce precision parts within tight tolerances
• Inspect finished components for quality
• Maintain machines and ensure a safe working environment

• 1–5 years of CNC machining or programming experience
• Strong background in machine setup and CNC programming
• Ability to troubleshoot machining and quality issues
• Solid understanding of GD&T and measurement tools
