* Job Summary:

** The Manufacturing Supervisor oversees daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are met. This role leads production employees, coordinates workflow, and drives continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Supervise daily manufacturing operations and production staff
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
* Meet production schedules, labor targets, and efficiency goals
* Coach, train, and develop hourly employees
* Troubleshoot production and quality issues
* Track and report production metrics and documentation
*
* Qualifications:

*** High school diploma or GED required
* 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
* 1–3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work assigned shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed
** Preferred:
*** Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or related field.
* Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement
* Experience in regulated manufacturing environments
* Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP a plus)
