Our client is seeking experienced Bindery Operators to join its growing company. Our client is rapidly expanding and has multiple openings for 1st and/or 2nd shift bindery equipment operators. Full-time positions are available, with potential Saturday overtime as needed.

The primary responsibility is to set up, operate, and maintain commercial bindery equipment, with a strong emphasis on quality, productivity, and safe machine operation.
- Set up, operate, and maintain the Polar Paper Cutting System.
- Operate Muller-Martini Minuteman Saddlebinder equipment.
- Operate Stahl folders.
- Operate other general commercial bindery equipment as needed.
- Perform machine setup and adjustments to ensure proper production.
- Monitor equipment operation and maintain consistent production quality.
- Handle folding, cutting, binding, and other paper-finishing processes.
- Maintain equipment and identify operational issues.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Multi-task across production requirements while maintaining quality standards.
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating and maintaining commercial bindery equipment - required.
- Knowledge of commercial printing - required.
- Previous experience with:
Saddlebinder equipment, Folders, Paper cutters - Experience working in a commercial printing facility.
- Strong understanding of paper finishing and bindery operations.
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED required.

Hourly Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
