We’re looking for a hands‑on problem solver who thrives on the plant floor.

For more than 25 years, our team has been the trusted quality partner inside major automotive assembly plants across North and South America. We don’t just inspect parts – we solve problems, protect launches, and keep production moving. If you like being in the middle of the action and making a real impact on vehicle quality, this role is for you.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve assembly and quality issues related to customer components
• Communicate clearly and quickly with OEM teams at every level – from operators to plant management
• Oversee defect sorting operations when needed and work with material handling to keep product flowing
• Build strong working relationships that help prevent problems before they escape
• Support new model launches and ongoing quality improvements on the plant floor

• Strong communication skills and the confidence to speak up with operators and managers alike
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot how parts and systems interact
• Comfortable being on your feet for a full shift and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation and a professional, dependable work ethic
• Basic computer skills and a motivated, solutions-focused attitude

You’ll be the critical link between our customers and the assembly plant. When quality issues arise, you help fix them fast so production stays on track.
