RN/LPN Responsibilities
  • Client Care: Follow physician orders and address client needs with precision and compassion.
  • Effective Communication: Regularly update the Clinical Manager and office on client conditions, issues, or additional needs.
  • Coordination with Physicians: Liaise with physicians’ offices and supply vendors to ensure clients receive necessary medical supplies.
  • Clinical Record Maintenance: Keep accurate and compliant clinical records in line with local, state, and federal regulations.
RN/LPN Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED
  • Licensure: Active & unrestricted LPN or RN License in the state of Michigan
  • Certification: Valid CPR certification
  • Autonomy: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Empathy: Strong compassion and understanding of client needs
  • Communication

    Skills:

    Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Professionalism: Demonstrate courtesy, respect, and maintain a positive public image
  • Confidentiality: Uphold client confidentiality and ensure the security of medical information
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, with varying assistance based on client mobility.
