• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of LTC or SNF experience preferred

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Perform routine health assessments and monitor resident conditions
• Document care and updates accurately in the EMR system
• Assist with ADLs and collaborate with the care team
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, infection control, and safety protocols
• Respond to urgent medical needs and provide basic life support
• Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor
