Optimal Care in Michigan is seeking an experienced Hospice Registered Nurse for an after-hours, 7-on/7-off schedule (5pm–8am). You will deliver skilled nursing and emotional support to patients and families in their homes, coordinating with physicians and the hospice team to ensure comfort and dignity at end of life.
Travel within the Lansing area to patients’ homes, assisted living facilities, or nursing homes is required; office is in Jackson, MI.
