Advisa Care is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Hospice RN to join our team serving the Lansing area from our Troy office location. You will provide compassionate, in-home hospice care, develop individualized care plans, and support patients and families in challenging times.
You will perform assessments, supervise paraprofessionals, document progress, and collaborate in interdisciplinary group meetings to continually improve care quality. Michigan license required and hospice experience preferred.
