As a Snow Response Team Member, you’ll assist in plowing, salting, and shoveling operations during active snow events. This on-call role offers flexible hours and great pay for dependable workers ready to respond when winter hits.

• Respond quickly to calls for snow and ice management.
• Support drivers and sidewalk crews during storms.
• Shovel, spread salt, and operate light equipment.
• Ensure safe conditions for residential and commercial clients.

• Reliable transportation and availability on short notice.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in cold weather.
• Team-player mindset and positive attitude.
• Experience in snow removal preferred but not required.

$16–$25 per hour based on experience.

Paid weekly with overtime opportunities.

On-call schedule (you’ll be notified before storms).
