As we gear up for the winter months, we’re looking for dependable and hardworking Winter Maintenance Crew Members to join our snow removal team. If you enjoy being outdoors, working as part of a reliable crew, and making a visible difference in your community — this is the job for you.

As a Winter Maintenance Crew Member, you’ll play an essential role in keeping our customers’ properties safe and accessible during winter weather. You’ll assist with snow and ice removal from sidewalks, entryways, parking lots, and other areas as assigned.

This is a seasonal, on-call position ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy active, hands-on work and take pride in doing things right — even when the weather gets tough.

Safely remove snow and ice from sidewalks, driveways, and entryways using shovels, snow blowers, and de-icing materials

Assist with equipment operation and support drivers during heavy snow events

Monitor work areas for safety and ensure thorough snow clearing

Follow company safety protocols and use proper PPE at all times

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Complete simple daily reports or route updates as needed

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required)

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

On-call availability for winter storms (early mornings, nights, weekends)

Prior experience with snow removal tools or equipment (preferred, not required)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical outdoor work in cold, snowy, and windy conditions

Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude

Competitive Pay: $16–$20/hour based on experience and equipment use

Company Equipment Provided

$16.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience and performance. Weekly pay with opportunities for overtime during heavy snowfall
