As we prepare for another Michigan winter, we’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our Sidewalk Snow Removal Crew. If you enjoy being outdoors, staying active, and working in a team that values safety, reliability, and quality work — we’d love to have you join us!

As a Sidewalk Crew Member, you’ll be part of a small, dedicated team responsible for clearing snow and ice from sidewalks, entryways, and walk paths. Your work ensures that homes, businesses, and public areas remain safe and accessible — even in the toughest conditions.

This is a seasonal, on-call position that offers great pay, flexibility, and opportunities for continued work in landscaping when winter ends.

• Remove snow and ice from sidewalks, stairs, and building entrances using company-provided snow blowers, shovels, and de-icing materials
• Work safely and efficiently in varying weather conditions, including nights and early mornings
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to complete assigned routes
• Perform pre- and post-storm inspections to ensure all areas are properly cleared
• Follow all company safety protocols and report any maintenance or equipment issues

• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record (required)
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• On-call availability for winter storms, including nights, weekends, and early mornings
• Experience with snow removal tools or small machinery (preferred, but not required)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely in cold and physically demanding conditions
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and a strong work ethic
