- Oversee the daily operations of the front of house staff OR back of house staff
- Supervise, train and develop employees
- Coordinate with all staff to ensure smooth food production and timely delivery
- Plan and execute catering orders and deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests
- Ensure excellent guest service and guest satisfaction
- Balance cash drawers and maintain cash accountability
Job Requirements
- Hospitality and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and math skills
- Enthusiastic, resourceful, and a problem solver
- Previous experience as an assistant manager in a hotel or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety and Serv Safe
- Familiarity with food production processes and catering operations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
