No nights or weekends!

The General Food Service Full Time Salad Bar Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring that our salad bar is consistently stocked, fresh, and appealing to customers. This position involves preparing a variety of salads and toppings, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service. The attendant will be responsible for monitoring food quality and safety standards, ensuring that all items meet health regulations.

Additionally, the role requires collaboration with kitchen staff to manage inventory and assist in menu planning. Ultimately, the Salad Bar Attendant contributes to a positive dining experience by delivering high-quality food and service to our patrons.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in food service or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Food safety certification.
• Experience with salad preparation or catering services.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble a variety of salads and toppings according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salad bar area, including regular cleaning and sanitizing of surfaces and equipment.
• Monitor food quality and freshness, ensuring that all items are replenished and presented attractively throughout service hours.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting patrons with their selections and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage inventory levels, assist in ordering supplies, and participate in menu planning as needed.
