  Collaborates with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educates associates on tools, tasks and resources, mentors new technicians, and communicates to provide safe and efficient customer service.

  Demonstrates knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, and Point of Sale systems; applies phone and in‑person selling techniques.

  Leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement; uses handheld technology for real‑time decisions on services, safety alerts, product information, and training.
• Owner
  :
  Communicates equipment and supply needs, tracks and monitors returns and special orders, operates cash registers, processes transactions, maintains accurate inventory and safety standards, logs required documentation, and assists members with purchasing decisions.
