YOUR ROLE

As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide every guest a memorable, amazing shopping experience, making their day better than when they entered the store. You are the face of our company, proud of our brand, passionate about building brand loyalty, and you stay true to our values and your REAL self.

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests in a "friends first" mindset, helping them find exactly what they need while learning the model through on‑site training.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and enthusiastically recommend items to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flexibly support all store zones—including Sales Floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom—as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Collaborate with teammates, always ready to help get the job done.
• Act with integrity and consistently follow AEO policies & procedures.

• You love interacting with people and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• You bring high energy and can juggle multiple tasks.
• You're available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop.
• You are enthusiastic about AE and Aerie products.
• You have prior retail experience.
