The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services and supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store. This includes maximizing sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures.

• Minimum 38 hours per week.
• Minimum age requirement of 18.
• Physical demands: over 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
