• Merchandise and stock large-format retail stores
• Build displays and maintain a clean, organized presentation
• Conduct store surveys to identify product needs
• Rotate stock and ensure accurate ordering
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel
• Communicate store performance and customer feedback to the sales team

• At least 1 year of merchandising or retail experience
• Valid Michigan driver’s license with a clean record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, professional, and self‑motivated
• Able to lift 10–40 lbs and work in varied conditions
• Willingness to work some weekends and holidays
• Must live in or near the Lansing, MI area

• Competitive base salary: $40,000–$45,000/year
