Role Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding needs
• Offer tailored solutions to customers
• Represent the company and brand professionally
• Assist with store operations
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs

Job Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong communication skills and technical aptitude
• Commitment to honesty and integrity
• Retail sales experience helpful but not required
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Availability to work a minimum of 32 hours/week including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation and residence within 30 minutes of the store
• Ability to operate a computer
• Maintain a professional appearance
