• Aggressively prospect and pursue new leads through cold calls, networking, and community outreach
• Assess potential clients' needs and present tailored insurance solutions across Auto, Home, Life, and Business lines
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals with a results‑driven mindset
• Deliver compelling product presentations to individuals and small business owners
• Provide prompt, thorough follow‑up to all inquiries and appointments
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client communication
• Stay updated on Farmers Insurance products, market trends, and sales techniques

Base pay: $45,000.00/yr – $75,000.00/yr (plus unlimited commission opportunities)
