Precision Medicine Account Manager, Lakes Region

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Precision Medicine Account Manager to lead regional execution of precision medicine strategy across the Great Lakes oncology market. This field-based role focuses on developing strategic partnerships with oncology practices, health systems, and laboratory networks to advance biomarker-driven patient care and support portfolio launches.

• Lead regional execution of precision medicine strategy through focused account plans aligned with oncology portfolio
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with oncology, pathology, laboratory, and health system stakeholders
• Assess patient testing journeys and biomarker pathways to identify opportunities for improved patient identification
• Evaluate account readiness for launches and translate market insights into actionable customer plans
• Deliver precision medicine education, resources, and diagnostic solutions while collaborating cross-functionally

• Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.)
• Minimum 8 years business experience with 2 years in precision medicine
• Oncology experience required
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50% including overnight stays
• Strategic approach to customer interactions and ability to execute in matrix organizations
• Strong marketplace knowledge in precision medicine and commercial acumen
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
