** HP is seeking a motivated, results-oriented SLED Account Manager to drive growth across K-12 education, higher education, state agencies, and local government organizations.  In this role, you will develop trusted customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and help public sector organizations modernize through HP's industry-leading technology solutions.

This position is ideal for someone with a passion for education and government, a strong sales background, and the ability to navigate public sector procurement and funding environments.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Manage and grow a designated SLED territory, focused on K-12, higher education, state, and local government customers.
* Develop strategic account plans and uncover new opportunities to drive revenue growth.
* Build relationships with superintendents, technology leaders, procurement teams, CIOs, and other key decision-makers.
* Lead sales opportunities from prospecting through proposal, negotiation, and closure.
* Navigate public sector purchasing processes, including RFPs, bids, contracts, and cooperative purchasing agreements.
* Collaborate with HP teams and partners to deliver customer-focused solutions.
* Maintain knowledge of education and government funding cycles, technology trends, and market opportunities.
* Qualifications* 4-6 years of sales experience, preferably in education, government, public sector, or technology sales.
* Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and account management skills.
* Knowledge of public sector procurement, contract vehicles, and bid processes preferred.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and collaboration platforms.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonuses and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
