Our Lansing, MI location is currently looking for Air Duct & Carpet Cleaning Technicians to join our rapidly growing team. Our ideal Air Duct & Carpet Cleaning Technician candidate will enjoy meeting new people and seeing immediate results from the work they do. • Delight customers by providing outstanding customer service in their homes and businesses
• Work with a partner to provide quality air duct, carpet, upholstery, tile cleaning and water restoration services to residential and commercial customers
• Prep areas for service by moving furniture and following safety protocols
• Observe your Lead Cleaning & Restoration Technician to learn and advance to the Lead Technician position more quickly
• Educate customers on the benefits of additional services Modernistic can offer
• Stock your vehicle with equipment and supplies each day while maintaining its cleanliness and organization

• Valid Michigan driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Ability to move and lift 50 lbs or more
• Exceptional communication skills
• Friendly, cooperative and positive attitude
• Dependable with reliable transportation
• IICRC & NADCA certifications are a plus, but not required
