Commercial Lift Operator and Window Cleaning Technician

We are expanding our team across the nation and looking for a Commercial Lift Operator and Window Cleaning Technician to support our client base at a mid-level using aerial scissor lift and boom lift platforms. • Effectively cleanse windows and glass surfaces using non-abrasive cleaning tools
• Safely operate aerial scissor lift platforms and other boom lift equipment to reach the windows of high-rise buildings
• Communicate with site contact before, during, and after completion of work, and obtain customer endorsement on the work order
• Transport and set up water-fed poles to clean windows of multi-story buildings, and subsequently breakdown of equipment
• Clean up after each job to ensure no residue or dirt is left behind
• Ensure that the company vehicle is clean, maintained, and stocked with window cleaning supplies at all times
• Attend weekly safety meetings

• 1+ year of relative experience
• 1+ year of experience operating aerial scissor lift platforms and other boom lift equipment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to/from work and job sites
• Clean-cut appearance and ability to adhere to a dress code
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Ability to climb ladders from 5 ft to 40 ft (safety training provided)
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in variable weather
• Excellent time-management skills
• High ethical standards
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Certification to operate aerial scissor lift platforms and other boom lift equipment
• Bilingual (English & Spanish)

• Competitive hourly base pay of $20 to $25
