. Are you skilled in equipment maintenance and repair, with a knack for operating heavy machinery and transporting materials? We'd love to hear from you.

• Perform routine maintenance and mechanical repairs on light, medium, and heavy‑duty vehicles and equipment
• Diagnose mechanical issues and carry out timely, cost‑effective repairs to keep our fleet in top condition
• Safely operate and transport materials using company vehicles, including cranes, telehandlers, and semis
• Load and unload materials at warehouses, supplier locations, and job sites with care and precision
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and inspection checklists
• Support warehouse operations, including inventory tracking and material organization
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely deliveries and equipment availability
• Represent Superior Services R.S.H., Inc. with professionalism and a commitment to operational excellence

• Valid driver’s license with current CDL certification
• Hands‑on experience maintaining and repairing construction vehicles and equipment
• Familiarity with heavy equipment operation (cranes, telehandlers, semis)
• Strong understanding of safety protocols related to vehicle operation and job‑site deliveries
• Ability to climb to roof levels and assist on‑site when needed
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and recordkeeping
• Effective communication skills and a team‑first attitude
• Willingness to work occasional weekends and adapt to changing project demands

Job Type: Full‑time

Pay: $25 to $35 an hour

Schedule: Day Shift, Monday through Friday, Weekends as needed

Work Location: On‑site at our Lansing, MI headquarters
