• Assist in the installation of commercial roofing systems including TPO, PVC, and other heat‑weldable membranes.
• Support the roofing crew with material handling, tear‑offs, clean‑up, and equipment setup.
• Learn the safe and effective use of roofing tools, equipment, and safety systems on active job sites.
• Follow direction from crew leaders and foremen to complete daily tasks efficiently and safely.
• Participate in job site setup, staging, and final cleanup to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Receive hands‑on training in commercial roofing practices with opportunities for rapid advancement.
• Represent Superior Services R.S.H., Inc. with professionalism, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

• A strong desire to learn a skilled trade and grow within the commercial roofing industry.
• Construction, roofing, or general trades experience preferred (but not required).
• Familiarity with heat‑weldable membranes or heavy equipment is a plus.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights.
• Valid driver’s license preferred (Chauffeur or CDL license a plus).
• Reliable, hardworking attitude with a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
• A team‑oriented mindset and a willingness to take direction and learn from experienced crew members.

Job Type: Full‑time
Pay: $16 to $20 an hour
Schedule: Day Shift, Weekends as needed
Work Location: On the Road, Based out of our Lansing, MI headquarters
