Facilities Technician Are you an experienced Facilities Technician looking for the right company to call “home”? Look no further! Our client is seeking an experienced Facilities Technician, ready to bring their skills, experience, and energy to a great, growing team. What you'll be doing… Provide electrical and mechanical support for the assigned buildings. Carry out maintenance and repair tasks on HVAC systems, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance.

Respond to emergency situations and complete preventive maintenance as needed. Assist the operations team with building and equipment repairs. Comply with safety policies and attend necessary safety training. Maintain a clean and safe work environment while managing records neatly and efficiently. The right person has… Ability to work the 3rd shift, Tuesday through Saturday, from approximately 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM.

Experience in major and minor plumbing repairs, as well as electrical and mechanical troubleshooting. Physical capability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, lifting up to 100 pounds, and working in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols. Capacity to work with hazardous materials and at heights when necessary. Proficiency in maintaining logs and organizing completed work records.
