About the Opportunity     We’re currently seeking a self-motivated individual with strong verbal and written communication skills, and some experience with ASP.NET and Blazor. The job will involve working with a small team maintaining and adding features to two existing legacy codebases and working on implementing new features into a modern Blazor application.

* Participate in agile methodology (modified for a smaller company).
* Writing/debugging and optimizing code.
* Take ownership of assigned tasks.
* Actively participate in the project meetings and make valuable recommendations.
* Prototyping / exploring innovative technologies and assessing their business value.
* Supporting the development of documentation.

Job Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, software development.
* 2 - 5 years of software development experience.
* Self-motivated with strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience with .NET Framework (versions 4.8 and 9+).
* Experience with Microsoft SQL Server writing/maintaining stored procedures, views, etc.
* Strong object-oriented programming experience.
* Strong experience in all aspects of the software development life cycle, including design and testing.
* Tech stack includes C#, SQL Server, JavaScript, , CSS, Blazor, Dapper, Web API
* Experience with Telerik, Syncfusion, Bootstrap, Mud Blazor a plus
* Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Git Hub CoPilot.
* Ability to apply AI tools to streamline code generation, testing, and refactoring in Visual Studio.
