Sr. Dot Net Developer; Angular

We are seeking a skilled Senior .NET Developer to support enterprise application development, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with .NET, Angular, and Microsoft SQL Server, along with the ability to translate business requirements into reliable, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions.

The developer will collaborate with business analysts, technical teams, and stakeholders to understand business processes, design solutions, implement enhancements, and support ongoing application needs. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and a customer-service mindset are essential for success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 4–7 years of hands-on experience with .NET, Angular, and MS SQL Server.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Framework and/or .NET Core.
• Experience with ASP.NET and enterprise application development.
• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining applications using Angular.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, SQL queries, and database integration.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and working software.
• Experience developing maintainable, scalable, and reliable applications.
• Experience working in structured environments with established standards, methodologies, and governance processes.
• Excellent communication, customer-service, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing requirements.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET, Angular, and SQL Server.
• Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical designs and functional solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical team members.
• Support project-based development, application enhancements, work requests, and operational activities.
• Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and reliable code.
• Understand existing systems, dependencies, technical constraints, and development standards.
• Communicate technical solutions, limitations, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Provide excellent customer service and help business partners navigate technical processes and constraints.
• Adapt quickly to new technical environments and changing business requirements.

Mandatory Location and Interview Requirements

• Candidates must currently reside within 100 miles of Lansing, Michigan, at the time of submission.
• Candidates must be available to work onsite every Wednesday and Thursday from Day 1.
• The required onsite days are fixed and cannot be changed.
• Candidates must be available for an in-person interview in Lansing, Michigan.
