Experienced Snow Plow Driver – $30/hr | Lansing, MI

As we prepare for the winter season, we’re looking for a dependable and experienced Snow Plow Driver to join our crew.

• Safely operate snow plows, salt spreaders, and other snow removal equipment
• Clear snow and ice from parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, and roadways
• Apply salt or de-icing materials as needed to prevent hazards
• Respond promptly during snow events (day, night, weekends, or holidays as needed)
• Maintain and inspect equipment before and after shifts
• Complete simple daily job reports and communicate effectively with dispatch

• 3+ years of professional snow plowing experience
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Ability to work independently and make quick, safe decisions in changing weather
• Comfortable working outdoors in cold, snowy, and icy conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor when needed
